he is someone who has so much of his own, his grand father's illness, his mother's suicide and his nightmares... and when people rely on him, as 3 women did, he finds out he could do nothing to help them.
yes i agree with him, that before becoming parents people have to understand what it is all about. its a big responsibility to nurture a kid... a new kid who will soon be responsible for his own life.We have such a responsibility to guide our young so that they don't end up falling apart, falling by the wayside, becoming insignificant.
as he says"parenting...you should have a proper curriculum... don't try it at home"
during these 1.5 hours you will find yourself thinking about these few question...
* * * could he have saved those young people going towards their stupidest + dumbest dreams, spoiling their lives, their childhood, losing their innocence.
* * * is it true - "Oh, I need to be pretty to be happy. I need surgery to be pretty. I need to be thin, famous, fashionable."
* * * can you accept the hatred of everyone? your family, friends??? or can you ever change that hatred into love or at least acceptance?
* * * Is "Suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem" ???
* * * A child's intelligent heart can fathom the depth of many dark places, but can't fathom the delicate moment of its own detachment?
Henry Barthes: So to defend ourselves, and fight against assimilating this dullness into our thought processes, we must learn to read. To stimulate our own imagination, to cultivate our own consciousness, our own belief systems. We all need skills to defend, to preserve, our own minds.
